An entry form can also be obtained in person at any DABT district office. Entrants must submit their application along with a fee of $100, per entry. Applications not submitted online may be mailed to the DABT’s Tallahassee office.

Those with questions on the drawing or application process may contact the DABT at 850-488-8284.

Questions on quota licenses?

The annual drawing is one way to obtain the highly sought-after quota license. For those with more immediate plans to open a bar, restaurant or other property that requires a quota license, acquiring one can be a challenging and costly process. Whether you are a buyer or seller, working with an experienced alcoholic beverage law attorney can help you understand what to expect and represent you throughout the transaction.
